Free delivery to a parcel shop on orders over 599 DKK. Under that, it's 39 DKK to a parcel shop, or 49 DKK for home delivery regardless of order size. Delivery takes 1–3 business days.

Choose a Flex Delivery drop-spot at checkout — shed, garage, wherever — and we're no longer responsible for the package once it's scanned as delivered there. Changed your mind? You've got 14 days from delivery to send it back.

Register your order and you'll get a QR code for your return label, no printer required at the parcel shop. A flat 39 DKK is deducted from your refund. Prefer to arrange your own return shipping instead? That works too — you just cover the cost yourself. Either way, packages must go directly to the address below; we can't accept anything routed elsewhere first.

If you choose FlexDeliveryService (GLS) at checkout, we're off the hook the moment your package is scanned as delivered to your chosen spot — stairwell, garage, doorstep, whatever you picked. From there, it's on you if it goes missing, gets stolen, or gets damaged. Changed your mind? You've got 14 days from delivery to send it back.

Registering gets you a QR code and the right paperwork — but you'll still need to arrange and pay for the actual return shipping yourself. We don't cover return freight, toll, or customs. Pack the item(s) and a copy of your order confirmation into the box (or any packaging), seal it up, and make sure the old shipping label is covered. No collect-on-delivery, no collection-point addresses.
