You've got 30 days from the day your order hits your door to send it back — full price or sale, no difference to us.

The how-to

  1. Start your return online and get your QR code for the return label here.
  2. Pack it back into the Woodbird® bag it came in. Items need to be unworn, unwashed, and tags still on.
  3. Peel off or cover the old label, walk it to your closest GLS ParcelShop, show your QR code. Done.

A flat 29 DKK (Dobbeltjek om dette er rigtigt) return fee gets pulled from your refund. Toss the original packing slip in the bag before you seal it.

We process returns within 10 business days of receiving them. Your refund lands back on the card you paid with.

Hang on to your drop-off receipt until the money is back in your account.

Exchanges

Requested a swap instead of a refund? We ship the new piece the moment your original lands at our warehouse, and you'll get a tracking number as soon as it leaves us. If your size or style has sold out in the meantime, we'll flip it into a regular refund and send the money back.

Wrong item or defect?

Sometimes things go sideways.
