How to Return Your Order

If you wish to return your order and possibly exchange it for another item, this can be done within 14 days after receiving the product. You will find an enclosed return label that you can use. This costs DKK 39 and will be deducted from your credit note/refund along with any refunded amount. You can also choose to return the item at your own expense, in which case you are responsible for the shipping costs. Items that are not delivered DIRECTLY to the address will not be accepted.

Delivery

Woodbird® offers free delivery to a parcel shop for orders over DKK 599.00 per order.
For orders under DKK 599.00, the price is DKK 39.00 for delivery to a parcel shop.
For home delivery, the price is DKK 49.00 per order, regardless of the total purchase amount.

Delivery takes 1–3 business days.

Flex Delivery

If, during the ordering process, you choose to specify a location where our courier may leave the package, Woodbird® disclaims responsibility for the item, and responsibility transfers to the buyer as soon as the package is scanned as delivered at the address by the courier. This applies if, for example, you state that the package may be left in a shed, garage, or similar.

How to Return

1. Pack

Place the product(s) and the packing slip back into the package you received, or another package. Seal the package securely with sufficient tape and attach the return label. Do not forget to cover the old shipping label!

3. Refund

As soon as our distribution center has received your return, you will receive your refund within 7 business days through your bank or credit card company.

Additional Return Costs

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs will not be covered by Woodbird®.

Refunds

If you have returned a package, we will strive to refund the amount to your account within 7 days after receiving your package.
